Ivyland, PA – October 31, 2011 – Drexel Metals Inc. (“Drexel Metals”), a leading provider of equipment, materials, engineering and warranties for the production of standing seam metal roofing systems,announced today the acquisition of Metal-Fab Manufacturing, LLC (“MetFab”), a provider of custom metal roofing and architectural sheet metal solutions in the greater D.C./Maryland/Virginia region. 

Arborview Capital, a private investment firm that makes growth equity investments in clean energy companies, has completed the acquisition of Drexel Metals Inc., a provider of energy efficient standing seam metal roofing systems, in partnership with the Company’s management.
